Angela and Ryan held their outdoor wedding at The Greenhouse at Bittersweet Flower Market. The reception and festivities then moved into the Bittersweet Flower Market Greenhouse.
The Bittersweet Flower Market Greenhouse Wedding in La Crosse, Wisconsin
Angie and Ryan definitely had me and my second shooter laughing the ENTIRE day. They were so full of life, joy, and laughs and were just happy to be getting married. I have been looking forward to this wedding day all year, ever since I found out the couple would be booking me for their wedding at The Greenhouse at Bittersweet. It is a newer venue in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area and I am always excited to shoot in new locations!
There were so many goosebump-inducing moments throughout the entire day. From the tearful first-looks, to grandma’s heirloom ring becoming a part of this marriage, to a 65th wedding anniversary being celebrated, there was not a dry eye in the house at any given moment. Plus, Angie and Ryan brought in their own vintage loveseat – if you’ve followed me for awhile, you know how I feel when there’s a fun piece of furniture available for portraits. I was also super impressed with Angie’s mom’s baking skills – she made the cake and all of the desserts (and they were incredible). They even incorporated their fur babies into the day with a custom drink and coordinating sign. Couple all of this with Angie’s cathedral length veil, tons of amazing details, and I was smitten kitten taking photos all day!
