I had the pleasure of capturing a winter engagement session for Kylin and Cody here on the Cassell Hollow Farm. After the engagement session was all said and done, I learned that Kylin is best friends to one of my 2020 brides. So, even though I will not be capturing Kylin and Cody’s big day, I will still be seeing them again soon enough!
Although I have noted this as a winter engagement session, it was actually held in the early spring time frame. Here in Wisconsin, we are “lucky” enough to see snow well into April! For me, engagement session dates are available only between daylight savings dates. However, I am still able to capture all four seasons. I mean, look at all of the snow in these pictures!
Also take special note of the tree incorporated into this winter engagement session. We dug this tree out from tons of brush and overgrown field when we bought Cassell Hollow Farm a few years ago. It has become a client fav for a photo spot. Especially in the winter, the “leaves” that remain from past summer sparkle with sunlight pass through them!
